and that’s i guess. I apologise for anything because I’m not sure what this is, except that I don’t want to wait until season 2 for them to reunite :( sigh.

I’m pretty sure a lot of people have noticed this, but I never saw a post about it and I thought it’d be fun and interesting to have one.
The first picture is a image from Henry’s book from the pilot. We know it’s Snow and Charming because we saw their scene fade into the picture, but it’s so devoid of characteristics and details that we can hardly see much. They barely have eyes, their noses are almost inexistent and it’s so simple that it doesn’t go beyond a simple drawing.
The second picture is from Hat Trick, while Henry is waiting for Emma at the police station. The picture is now much more full and characteristics, so rich in color and details that you can tell it’s Bailee Madison, the little girl playing young Snow, if not by the obvious details on her face, then by the bow and the dress she’s wearing, the same one from the Stable Boy promo.
Since Emma arrived in town it seems like not only the clock started ticking but the book started becoming real, the images going from simple drawings to resemble more like accurate portraits.
If it was any other show I’d assume it was a simple mistake or a change of the art dept, since the book could have been sketched before Snow and Charming were cast, but this is Once, so it’s entirely possible (and probably the real reason) that the book is getting more detailed simply because Emma is causing it.
There’s a NEW episode of once Upon a Time tonight and even though the show is basically renewed for a season two let’s still spike the ratings!
Please, watch it live if you can, DVR it if you can’t, but let’s keep the ratings growing!
